24/7 baby, but we typically don't answer emails while we're asleep, or eating, or riding...though you might see an email reply at 3am occasionally.

In short: we got you. Whatever problem you're having, just send us an email and we'll respond (typically the same day) and get you taken care of. We don't think our customers should have to pay money out of pocket beyond the initial purchase to keep their lights running for years, but we know shit happens out there, and we'll stand behind the product no matter what.
